20-Year Glass Warranty
The warranty covers the integrity and airtightness of glass products. SkloTECH only collaborates with verified glass suppliers from Europe, who have all the necessary quality certificates for sheet glass and warranty commitments.
Glass, like any material, is subject to external factors such as sunlight, temperature variations, humidity, chemicals, and abrasive substances found in cleaning agents. Therefore, microcracks, defects, or calcium deposits may form on the glass surface over time, contributing to rapid glass "aging."
After delivery, we provide detailed instructions on caring for the glass and hardware to extend their service life and maintain the visual cleanliness and attractiveness of the product.
2-Year Hardware Warranty
SkloTECH provides a warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and applies only in the case of intended use of the hardware. After delivery, we provide detailed instructions on caring for the glass and hardware to extend their service life and maintain the visual cleanliness and attractiveness of the product.
1-Year Installation Warranty
We accompany the project throughout the entire warranty period in accordance with the law and the concluded agreement. We are ready to visit and rectify malfunctions of certain mechanisms.
Return Conditions
In accordance with Article 13, Part 5, Point 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, since our products are made to individual dimensions and for a specific customer, they are NOT subject to exchange or return.
According to the "List of Properly Made Goods That Are Not Subject to Exchange (Return)" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 19, 1994, No. 172), properly made goods not subject to return or exchange include materials and glass cut to dimensions specified by the buyer in the project (order). Our partitions consist of glass and profiles cut according to your order.
