Payment and delivery

Payment options:

 

• Any card (Visa, Mastercard) to PrivatBank account
• By bank transfer to the company's bank account based on the company's details
• Cash

 

All constructions are made upon advance payment. The advance payment is 70% of the total value, with the remaining 30% payable upon project handover for use.

 

Delivery options:

 

• Within Kyiv:
  we deliver products free of charge to your door
• In the suburbs of Kyiv:
  the delivery cost is determined individually when placing the order
• Within Ukraine:
  depending on the product and dimensions, according to the carrier's tariffs

 

Production lead time:

 

Standard production.

 

7-20 working days from receipt of advance payment and agreement of all technical details of the order, depending on the complexity of the construction. In case of glass construction or installation production damage, the Company resolves issues on an individual basis and agrees all details and deadlines with the customer.

 

Express production.

 

The surcharge for express production individually ranges from 25% to 35% of the standard order value. We would like to note that not all products can be produced faster than required by production norms and standards.
