10-year warranty on glass. Like any other material, glass is subject to environmental influences: temperature, humidity, and the effects of chemicals found in cleaning agents. As a result, small defects, microcracks, etc., may occur over time, leading to its clouding and changes in light transmission and other basic properties. However, this is a long natural aging process of the material.

2-year warranty on fittings. Our suppliers provide a standard warranty on fittings for 2 years. It applies only in case of proper intended use of the fittings. If the conditions of use are violated, the warranty for such fittings does not apply.

Standard production time is 7-15 working days from the moment of advance payment and agreement of all technical details of the order. Depending on the complexity of the design, the deadline may be additionally discussed. If during the production of the design, its delivery, or installation, difficulties arise, glass parts or components are damaged, etc., the company representative informs the customer about this and agrees on the nearest deadlines individually. Express production involves an additional payment of 25-35% above the standard order value, but not all designs can be manufactured under an accelerated procedure.

All designs are made on an advance payment basis. The advance payment is 70% of the value, the remaining 30% payment - upon receipt of the order.
